Short story...

Worked at Qwest. Quit. They short me almost $400 on my last paycheck. I call in and the payroll lady is on a long vacation but I get her temp replacement who can't figure anything out other than to send me my paycheck stubs. I say okay, I'll look them over. This lady couldn't figure crap out about how much I might have due to me.

Anyway, she says she sends them out. I get a call back a few days later from her, saying that Qwest owes me nothing. She says that even though it took 25 days or so to get my first paycheck, that there is no delay EVER in getting paid... meaning I work 2 weeks, then I get that paycheck. I knew that was BS because it took so long to get paid at first...

So it's almost a month since then. Still no paycheck stubs in the mail that she supposedly sent. Qwest has put $49.08, $.04, and today, another $17.54 into my account for no apparent reason since then and no one can explain to me why this happened, nor as to why I haven't gotten paid.

The temp payroll lady won't return my calls and now my phone service with Qwest has been turned off, even though I informed them that I wasn't paying them a cent until they get my last paycheck straightened out and current.

Is there anyone to report them to? They are pissing me off... The lady in payroll won't even return my calls and I have these mysterious balances going into my savings account for no reason and no one is explaining crap to me...

State Attorney General, Better Business Bureau or typically there is a state agency to file complaints with regarding employment matters. It is the EDD in California, don't know what it would be in ID.

You would want the ID version of the EDD
