has anyone ever gone 14-0 in NCAA CFB..

i ask this bc i was just looking at BC's schedule....they are 8-0 with 4 tough games left...+ what would be ACC championship game THEN a bowl game...i think they would be a 1st...note i dont think it will happen....

i just googled it...thats INSANE seeing big10 doesnt have a conf title game....holy christ did they EARN it that year especially since they had to beat #1 miami to end it all....insane...

GuitarJosh is right, OSU went 14-0 in 2002.

I looked up all the NCAA champs and their records. OSU is the only modern day team to do it. The 1894 Yale team went 16-0. not sure how that was even possibile back then.http://www.rauzulusstreet.com/football/college/collegechampionship.htm

I think BYU went 14-1 about 10 years ago. It was that weird time when the WAC (or whatever conference) had like 15 teams, so they played 11 + 1 free be at Hawaii + kick off classic + conference championship + bowl game.
