Thanks for posting that, Buster. Hope you're doing well.

Having spoken with SBC and AT&T reps before, they're likely outsourced customer service reps from the Phillipines. While they're very nice and listen to your complaint(s) they have the sensitivity of a donut. I understand English is likely their second language, but customer service work isn't always black and white, yes and no. Sometimes attempts to save money end up costing you dearly in the end.
