Though I'm against you on this play, I'll offer my explanation. The Ti-Cats have everything to play for tonight and nothing to lose. They've got the best team in the CFL coming in and have a chance here to leave Ivor-Wynne on a happy note this season.
BC has averaged 34.3 ppg in their last 6 outings, none of which have been under 24 pts.
Hamilton's defense is miserable, giving up oodles of yards all season, especially through the air. They've given up 78 pts the past two weeks. That being said right there, I can't see BC not contributing at least 28 to the total tonight.
Then it comes down to the Ti-Cats offense to score the other 21 (I have o48.5, so I guess 49 makes us both happy). They've had success on the ground lately no matter who's been in the backfield. Casey Printers has had a month with the Ti-Crappers now, and you'd like to think and hope that he's poised for one good effort this year regardless of whether Ralph plays or not. If it's going to happen, it's going to happen against BC.
It's also no shock that the Lions have sleepwalked through the past two games against "lowly" Edmonton, and a similar outing to the club's last, a 36-27 win at home, is sort of what I'm expecting tonight, though I wouldn't be totally shocked to see Hammy win one for Hammer Town.
Good luck to you either way.
