Have you ever been within 2 miles of an ethonal plant? Trust me you do NOT want one in your neighborhood.
Asian mkts are already causing a starin on corn supplies, as those poeple for the first time have enough income to afford meat.

Be very careful with E-85. I filled my tank with it and it cost me $ 280 to have my tank drained as many vehicles cannot use Ethanol. My vehicle was a brand new Ford Ranger Pickup and the light showed up " Engine needs service. " Bad thing was that even though I had a service contract, Ford said it wasn't covered as my service manual mentioned that Ethanol was not permitted. Who reads those 100 + pages of BS anyway ?

Not to change the subject in this thread, but what do you think will be a bigger issue (especially in your area of the country - FL I think) in the next 10 years - gasoline or available freshwater? I've been reading as much as possible on dwindling water supplies over the past few weeks and it's downright scary.
You also said you thought the DOW was headed to 12k, after a terrible day when it dropped over 200 points, but later you added that you now think it's an underdog to do so after it hit 14k. But when you first made you DOW 12k prediction you didn't say anything about it being an underdog to do so.
So Fishy, when do you think we will see DOW 12k?
