Fair Warning that is correct.

The last Red Sox pitcher to knock in more than one run in a World Series game was Babe Ruth, who hit a two-run truple in the 4th inning against the Cubs' Lefty Tyler in Game four of the 1918 World Series.

Also Babe Ruth is the only starting pitcher to not bat 9th in the order of any team in World Series history. The day he hit the two run triple he was hitting sixth in the Red Sox lineup.

There is a third rookie tied with Ellsbury and Garagiola for the having 4 hits in a single WS game that goes farther back than Garagiola. Anyone know who it is?
