I need help from some guys who can somehow (I don`t care about how) get me either my former house back or get the money some guy from Cameroon owes me for my fomer house.
Call me stupid, call me dumb, I made the mistake of my life. A couple of weeks ago we decided to sell our house (worth around 570.000 Euros) and buy a bigger one. So I advertised it in the internet and local newspaper. Some people were interested and wanted to get back to me later in the months. All of a sudden some guy from Cameroon offered me to by the house for 650.000 Euros. I was more than happy. The guy invited me to a local African restaurant. We had some nice food and a couple of drinks. The guy and his wife were so nice. After a short while the daughter of the guy came in. She was around 22 years old and looked so hot. The guy left 30 minutes later or so and I was alone with his daughter. We had a couple of more drinks and after a while we went into a near hotel and I guess you can imagine what happened then. At around four in the night she told me she has to leave and asked me for the contract for the house because she wanted to give it to her father. I gave her the contract which I had already signed. And now the mess starts. Instead of the 650.000 the guy just transfered me 1.000 to my bank account. I asked him what the heck is wrong with him and he showed me our contract. Someone put in 1.000 as the ammount of the sale. He said I shouldn`t be too sad because it is somehow a lesson learned for me for the rest of my life. If I start making trouble he knows how to make me quiet. I saw a lawyer right after that and he told me there is nothing I can do about it. It was my fault.
