OT- Best place to get a cell phone w/o contract

My boss uses Nextel phones for his employees. We have sim cards and contracts but these phones take a beating and we need new ones. ANybody have any good sites I can check for some new phones??

Any help is appreciated.

We have metroPCS here in Florida that allegedly does not have contracts, but I'm not sure. I generally avoid contracts by paying full price for the phone. It's a little pricey, but I hate service contracts.

been using the same virgin mobile phone for years. cheapest way i know of. 18 cent a minute anytime and that is your full and total cost (after you pay the one time 20 bucks for the phone that is). i talk on it 10 or 15 minutes a week. so my cell phone cost me about 2 bucks a week, the perfect plan for me.
