My son was quite young when the Rams played NE in the Superbowl. this was the first superbowl he knew much about and actually watched. He picked NE because everyone had picked the RAMs. Since that game he has turned into a militant NE fan. He is 11 now. I took him to Metrodome last year to watch the NE Minny game he loved that.... Brady was just amazing to watch in that game. He played a perfect game (like what he has done most games this year).... Sort of nice now as the whole house is soft of closet NE fans, I have a NE hat. Sure my first love is the vikings but we do cheer for NE as true fans....... Nice team to watch these past 6 years. Sort of reminds me of when I went to Grad school I left Minnesota and went to Illinois....right during Jordans prime of his career...Man to see bulls games nightly on cable and enjoy Jordan it was easy to be an instant fan of Da Bulls...

No, I do not know Pat Patriot. That Super Bowl you discussed was HUGe. Patriots just slowed that offense down. Earlier that year they play in New England in a reg season game that was very close. Antwoine Smith fumbled at the 5 of St louis and we lost. But on the turf in Super Bowl the Rams were supposed to explode. One Patriot writer predicted like 70-0 for the Rams (Ron Borges). THe spread was 14 and the game was a shocker. I remember after a couple of series and an interception by Ty Law for a TD, I was like, Oh my God we can win this game!
