Why couldn't the Broncos ask for a measurment there. And then take 1 or 2 shots at the endzone?
I think that was bad coaching.

GOod question and I thought the same thing but why trust the refs and when he will signal stop or if he even agrees to measure and clock. They do not have to and at that point just get the kicker on the field. Denver had their chances.

pretty easy to say now - going to trust the refs to stop the clock in time?

denver should have won it right there, cutler missed with his pass and slipped for no reason

they didn't have the first down anyway, would've been 4th down... ending would have been the same, but the broncos would've had more time obviously

You're correct...when they showed the aerial camera view...the side ref. marked him a good yard short.
