Back before the internet days there used to be a rule of thumb that whenever an unranked team hosted a ranked team and the unranked but home team was favored you automatically laid the points.
This came from some of the ranked teams having to play in the old bandbox gyms that were graveyards for teams that played in big time arenas almost all the time. The old gym at West Virginia was one of the most notorious in it's day. There were a lot of them around in the 50's and 60's when betting college basketball became popular for the first time. These days I don't know of any that will attract a top 25 team, all the teams in the major conferences must have modern facilities that seat at least 4 or 5 thousand fans minimum. There may be some exceptions still in use but I can't think of any right now.
