How do I find old threads???

I have tried the search option. It never gets me what Im looking for.

For example I am looking for "NCAA 2nd half system or NCAAA halftime plays."

It is not giving me the threads Im looking for.

SHould I be searching somewhere else on here?

How do you find these types of things.....also like threads from 2003.

Wolf, you have to be narrowing your search to words and terms that you know are in the thread. Put phrases in quotations. If you can, try to narrow the search by date using the drop-down menu for threads 'newer than.' Try to use as many unusual words as you can remember, to narrow the field.

Just remember that this function isn't like Google; it doesn't 'guess' what you're trying to find. You have to know the exact words that were in the thread.

As for threads from 2003 .. the forum was flipped to a new platform in September of 2004 (that is why so many of us have a signup date of that month; some have been manually changed) and any prior threads are gone.
