Moved into a new neighborhood this summer, neighbor claims over 300 trick or treaters

Leaving the house tonite. Letting the GF and the dogs (they will go nuts) alone to take care of this problem.

Worse thing is the GF is excited about it. I am slowing turning into my dad and want nothing to do with this type stuff. Going to the race track or somewhere to get away from the commotion. Probably going to miss betting the NBA because of this mess tonite.

If i bounced to the race track i would hear about it for the next month, how you get away with that shit? Ill be happy if i dont have to bite the bullet and make it thru the night without some wacko costume on. Plus, im in the middle of the city, so you wait around for like 5 kids, and most of em are carrying other kinds of candy.

No shit... that's what I was for Halloween last year. I wasn't really dealing with trick or treaters though... It had it's own air pump inside that kept it and the "step children" blown up. Awesome. :money8:

I like trick or treaters, people dressing up and Halloween, I just dont want to deal with 300 of them and my dogs barking and the whole excited GF thing.

Someone asked how I can get away with it? Are you kidding? My GF loves this stuff. I can only imagine if I had children to throw into the mix, maybe I would be a little more upbeat. This is the price you pay when you live in a subdivsion.

Maybe I am getting old. DAMN!!!

We get them by the truckload here, I'm not kidding. The come from the TRAILERS and weeds of florida by the truckload. SICK then I get these 18 year olds or so not even in costume, makes me wanna leave too.

I didn't have my first kid till I was 32 and still paying the price.

Yes I sewed plenty of oats but just a memory now as the golden years are still a way's away.

I remember all the chores such as halloween,pta,school residals etc.

My advice is impregnate that girl and get er going sooner than later.

and Halloween is a big holiday. Just getting a little annoyed with this analysis of threads started. I know GD is just messing around.

Before today I had 16 straight threads that were either sports or gambling related (and yes I looked it up) and 20 out of 22 before those 16. So not sure where this comes from, espically with me when I would talk sportsbetting till I am blue in the face.

Just never understood the people complaining about threads being off topic, it adds flavor to the RX and seperates this place from other sites. :103631605
