L.A. Sports Arena.

Was outstanding, guy is 58 and runs around like a 20 year old. played for 2 and half hours straight. After the show walking to my car I ran into Coach Floyd, great guy had all the time in the world for me, says his team is dinged up this year, I told him he is the best coach out there and his team will be outstanding when March comes around. I brought up how he got jobbed by refrs vs North Car last year, he said that was brutal. The night was a much needed jolt of joy for me.

This was Springsteens final song of the night

[FONT=helvetica, arial]<!-- lyrics -->What is this land America so many travel there
I'm going now while I'm still young my darling meet me there
Wish me luck my lovely I'll send for you when I can
And we'll make our home in the American land

Over there all the woman wear silk and satin to their knees
And children dear, the sweets, I hear, are growing on the trees
Gold comes rushing out the rivers straight into your hands
When you make your home in the American Land

There's diamonds in the sidewalk the's gutters lined in song
Dear I hear that beer flows through the faucets all night long
There's treasure for the taking, for any hard working man
Who will make his home in the American Land

I docked at Ellis Island in a city of light and spires
She met me in the valley of red-hot steel and fire
We made the steel that built the cities with our sweat and two hands
And we made our home in the American Land

There's diamonds in the sidewalk the's gutters lined in song
Dear I hear that beer flows through the faucets all night long
There's treasure for the taking, for any hard working man
Who will make his home in the American Land

The McNicholas, the Posalski's, the Smiths, Zerillis, too
The Blacks, the Irish, Italians, the Germans and the Jews
Come across the water a thousand miles from home
With nothin in their bellies but the fire down below

They died building the railroads worked to bones and skin
They died in the fields and factories names scattered in the wind
They died to get here a hundred years ago they're still dyin now
The hands that built the country were always trying to keep down

There's diamonds in the sidewalk the gutters lined in song
Dear I hear that beer flows through the faucets all night long
There's treasure for the taking, for any hard working man
Who will make his home in the American Land
Who will make his home in the American Land
Who will make his home in the American Land

Did he play The River?

I'm surprised you like Springsteen - are you aware he's from Jersey?

Great Show, Awesome mix of new songs and old at the NY shows a few weeks ago. Glad you enjoyed Jersey's favorite son.

agree... i could listen to the song "born to run" many times in a row...but nothing else.

i do however respect very much that he gives his fans their money's worth in his live shows, dude has been doing 2+ hours shows everytime he goes out on tour..seems my favorites always only play 80 minutes or so..

ROCK ON BRUCE,i'll throw some cash your way if you come to charlotte,(as long as you play born to run) AND LEAVE OUT BORN IN THE USA!

I am going to see him both Sunday night in Cleveland and Monday night in Detroit, which will make it 24 times in all that I have seen him. And he is no oldies act, as his new album is amazing. Can't wait to hear the new songs live.
