How come the national media never mentions this about coach BB?

This from an interview with Jim Brown on his work with inner city black kids and gang members...

Let me tell you about someone I do admire. Bill Belichick of the New England Patriots has contributed more to the work I surround myself with than any black athlete in modern times – financially, intellectually, every way. He's been in the prisons with me. He's met gang members in my home; he's met gang members in Cleveland [where Belichick coached the Browns form 1991 to '95]. He's put up money. He's opened up areas of education for us very quietly and very strongly. Imagine what would happen if Michael Jordan did the same thing.

The media hates him because Bill won't do their work for them.

I dont hear the media talking about Bill B Cheating on his wife for years and keeping several Mistress's on the side either... It means so much coming from Jim Brown who has been Jailed countless times for being Abusive towards Women... At least they have something in common.

you can't blame a guy for having passion for the team he loves. If WV was on top right now or won the National Championship then I guarantee that you guys will never hear the end of it. We are all obnoxious homers when we get the chance to be.

I just posted the original comment by the great Jim Brown just to show that Coach belichick wasn't really that bad a guy...and to show that he does more for the black community than say...mmm....Tony Dungy?
