HIGHLY recommend seeing this flick to anyone, Denzel Washington at his best and Russell Crowe right there.

A fabulous movie with a cool historical angle of Vietnam, apparently mostly very true too.

great movie, but it felt rushed even if it was billed at 2.5 hours long. The last 10 minutes especially were rushed imo.

Seeing it today in the theater. I've been looking forward to this for a while. I was tempted to watch it online but I managed to not to it. There aren't too many movies that are worth going to the theater for I figure this one will be worth seeing it on the big screen.

Loved the movie. It was 2.5 hours long but it never felt long to me.

Here is the article about Frank Lucas that was read by producer Brian Grazer I believe, and inspired him to make a movie about it.

You can see that the movie is based on some true things about his life but the movie did change his life. For example how he met his wife. But that doesn't take away about anything from the movie!

Agree...it was like they realized they only had 8 minutes to finish it up but the movie was one of the best I've seen in a long time.
