Is this realistic, used truck ?

just a 4X2, under 10 years old, under 100k, around 5k ( maybe 6k), with a toolbox, tranny don't matter, auto preferred so wife could drive it, ladder racks are more a minus than a plus.

Just a basic 5k pickup with a toolbox, and low miles.

What can I expect ?

Yes because people run those into the ground. Try to get one for 5K if possible. If you know someone who goes to auto auctions, tell him whet your looking for and you might be able to save a little more.

Can you say the work truck for every Mexican that has enter this country. Trucks are very hard to come by becuase all you need is a truck and a lawn mower to be in business in this country.
