Has anyone cancelled their extended warranty and been told that you have to go to your state's Taxation Department to get part of the refund? This is what I was told and I find it absolutely ridiculous. If anyone has been through this, I would greatly appreciate some advice.

Thanks<o:p></o:p>

considering the taxes are so high in canada, and you probably paid tax on the warranty, the company can not be expected to return tax money to the buyer
