I think this helps out the offense. Harder to cover receivers on a wet field. Pitt has offense, Balt doesn't. Unless Balt gets defensive scoring or turnovers in good field position they won't score imo. I don't bet o/u's so I can't help you. I believe Pit covers the spread though.
