Wolf,

What are you talking about. NFL Network has been in HD on DirecTV for a month now. Did you upgrade with the new dish requried for the new MPEG4 SAt?

Over 70 channels are now in HD, including Big Ten Network, NBA Channel, NHL Channel and 8 or so FOX Regionals and Comcast regionals as well as MSG. Also, if you like movies there's now MGM HD.

If you have the new sat you'll see 212 HD and 212 standard next to eachother in the grid. If you're receiver is setup properly it automatically goes to HD.

If you have the "5" satellite dish equipment outside of your house...

Then reset your receiver...and that should do the trick.

That sucks!

And next time the TV contract is up pretty sure the NFL Network will have Thursday night football every week of the season

They have 2 great games this season Packers-Cowboys and the Pats at Giants in final week of the season.

Pats could be going for the 16-0 season, hopefully you will have it by then

Its amazing...Charter Communications is a complete joke...we used to have the NFL Network a few years back, but they took it away.

Here's the kicker...Charter is a huge cable provider in Central Mass...and the Pats/Giants game is slated for the NFL Network...which is the last game of the regular season...and possibly the game to go 'undefeated' for the Pats.

The shit will hit the fan.
