Maybe you should have a friend call you on your Cell phone when you are at the Bank...

The guy on the other end says to you that he has a Job ( house,etc )
and someone is trying to outbid you.

You say to him....I don't care if the guy is going to $ 1 Mil, I want that place.....You will go $ 1.2 and that you can turn it into $1.5 for a Quick profit of $300K within 90 days

Another good video...entertaining. JJ, make one big big bet. Get everything you own, borrow, steal, do whatever you have to. Mortgage property, ANYTHING. Raise 75k or more and then strategicaly place them so you can get it all down on 1 game. If it wins you are BACK. If it loses then it cannot be too much worse. Do it!

Take cash advances off your credit cards.........fast and efficent, but very expensive.

If it were not for bank loans, credit card loans, home loans, and loans from friends.........could have never built up a bankroll large enough to retire on and gamble with.

LOANS ARE NOT A TERRIBLE THING IF USED PROPERLY. HOME EQUITY LOANS CAN BE A REAL SAVIOR.

I took a car title loan. Could have borrowed up to $9,600. Interest rate is a killer. 19% a month. I borrowed $3,000 for Breeder's cup & sports. Held my own with horses, but lost most of bankroll betting sports. Been about 2 weeks since loan origination. Monthly interest is close to $600. Funny thing is after I lost most of bankroll I was very tempted to increase loan amount. I thought I better not and I subsequently made an $1,100 payment to knock the balance down to $2,000. I want to pay this sucker off as quick as possibe.

There is no way you can come up ahead if you are paying 19% a month in interest. This is simply degenerate shit.
