OT How do you block access to your pictures on your computer?

Is there a way to temporarily block access to my pictures? I know there is. I just don't know how to do it. Every guy must need to do this in case wife or girlfriend looks!! help please!

password protect you picture folder

I clicked on sharing and security and make this folder private. I even put in for a password. This has been driving me nuts for awhile i should just ask a techie or something. lol!

if your using windows XP..just go to my documents...then right click on my Pictures...select sharing and security...and make the the folder private.

or you can just move all your pictures that you want to hide into a subfolder of some program...just remember where you hid the files

log out of windows and try to access the files as a guest...it should block you then
