I live in the US, is it legal to make a website and post or even sell my picks?

Would I need a legal disclaimer saying that I do not condone gambling and this is just for fun, blah, blah, etc.?

Any information would be appreciated. This is the first year I've considered doing this, but I would really like to make some extra money on my college hoops picks.

Thanks guys!

If you get enough people to pay who cares if it is legal?

I'll pay 500.

That's for all the picks.

Right?

Screw the website. I will give you 700 per week if you just email me your picks. Do you take Paypal?

Lol I sense a lot of sarcasm in this thread. Do a lot of people post threads like this or something?

I just wanted some info if anyone knew but I guess not. And no there won't be any guaranteed picks, just what I'll be betting myself.

Thanks guys. I think.

It is not against the law to sell picks.

It is not against the law for idiots to buy picks.

Where do I send my $?

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

Here is a good site that has players post their picks...

www.bigguy.com

I would suggest that before you start selling your picks try posting there for free and if your any good then you will get a huge following and then you can charge for your picks...JMO

Hey journyman, I thought you were not going to post here anymore. Did you pay your bookies yet?
