He's probably at the game - I fully expect him to be talking about the Illini 24/7 for a month or so

 Oh yeah, without a doubt. He is surely way beyond sloppy drunk right now if he hasn't been cuffed.

Well boys, what can I say? We played a near perfect game, and shocked the world. I had an alcohol-free night, believe it or not. I watched the tape of the 4th quarter 3 times. Teared up the 3rd time during the Juice post-game interview. What a great kid he is.

I didn't think we had a chance two weeks ago, but Juice really looked good against Minnesota. Minny is terrible, but he was able to throw downfield passes right on the money, and I hadn't seen that before from him against anybody. So I felt like we had a chance to win the game, if he could pass well. Ohio St is a much better team, but the Illini were flat out the better team yesterday. That 4th quarter domination, converting 3rd down after 3rd down against the No. 1 defense with the game on the line......that was priceless. I'm sure my brother Korn and I will be watching the tape of this game every year on the eve of the Ohio St game. Moments like that are when I realize that the price we pay in heartache as a fan is all worth it.

I love the Illini. I'm a pretty die-hard Cardinals fan too, but last night was better than seeing my Cardinals close out the World Series in person at Busch Stadium. My only regret is not buying the tickets and making the trip over to Columbus.
