tebow great college talent, but will not translate into the pros. also, florida has underachieved and has had a poor season.....

He will be a good NFL player. A special talent. Certainly can't run as much in the NFL. If I was his coach I wouldn't call his runnin number unless it was a key down or late in the game when it is on the line.

Respectfully disagree. I go with LSU defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey. He's having a great year (read recent copy of ESPN The Magazine and you might, too, agree that Dorsey is the best player in college) and is the favorite to be the No. 1 player picked in the draft.

If Dixon wins the Heisman over Tebow because Fla has lost 3 games and Oregon 1, they should rename the Heisman as a team award. And for the record, Florida would beat Oregon

If you replace the word country with the word Florida than I would agree.

Out of the teams currently in the top 25 they have beaten #24, and #25. They lost to #2, #10, and #18. They are ranked about where they should be. Oregon would throw up 45 points on Florida's #54th ranked scoring defense. Florida has only held 1 opponent under 20 and that was w. Ken.

not really, there defense was completely depleated last year with the exception of joiner and harvey so no one really expected them to repeat as national champs. put a healthy tebow against georgia and they spank them and play lsu in the sec title game and possibly contend for the nat. title. unfortunately injuries are part of the game.

and yes tebow should win the heisman by a long shot and then repeat as heisman winner next year.
