If you have Direct TV you may wanna check your bill, thieves!

Just noticed these scumbag thieves are charging me for NFL Sunday Ticket. I called and canceled the fucking thing twice already. So today I look at my online bill cause I'm doing automatic with drawls through my bank and low n behold I see charges for the Ticket! Fucking thieves have been charging me since the season started ($229). I didn't notice because I figure the bill is the same and they weren't thieves, I was wrong. SOOOOOOO, I call about 20 minutes ago and am left on hold for 15 minutes, finally get through, get transfered and get disconnected during the transfer. I call back only to be disconnected again. On the 3rd attempt I get the "Sunday Ticket cancellation department" Geeeeee I wonder why they need that special department? The retard on the other end tells me they have no record of me calling and canceling; at this point I'm on my back porch ready to put my fist threw my kitchen window. :fatboy: Soooo, the young lady offers for me to be transfered once again to either a supervisor or yet another sub-branch of the NFL ticket rip off department; I opted for the supervisor. The supervisor Finally See's that I actually did cancel back in January of last year:think2: I asked him why the other moron didn't see a record of this and of course he had no answer for that. I finally, after 40 minutes wasted on my cell phone get my account credited back. I ask the supervisor why they keep ripping people off and he states it's a "glitch" in the system with the Ticket and the automation billing system.. I say, it's not a glitch, it's a scam. Fucking thieves...

Now I'm stuck with Direct TV cause I refuse to go back to Time warner.. Gonna have to review another option soon...

Directv is without question the most aggravating entity I have ever dealt with. They point to their JD Powers award for customer satisfaction while they continue to provide poor equipment and service to their customers.

I would actually pay more to another provider for the NFL ticket if it was available!

Dish Network pulled a similar stunt on me. Called and order the league pass last week. Package was $159 if you ordered in the first week. Tuesday rolls around, the first day the pass wasn't free, and no games. I call them up and they tell me I never ordered. So I had to pay $179 instead. Fucking assholes, I wonder how many others they scammed out of a measely 20 bucks.

I know what you are saying. You do stuff and then youre like oh my god I cant believe I owe you guys this much. But this last bill I think they under charged me by 10 bucks.

been with them for 10 years....customer service has gone downhill for the last year or so

spent 20+ hours last summer on the phone with them over 2 months span and maybe 75 phone calls trying to solve a problem

fortunatley for them they have the exclusive on the NFLST. there is a reason they "overpay" for it

Comcast is far worse. I cancelled them and they charged me for two months and almost had me pay for the equipment THEY picked up. Thank goodness I kept the receipt.

Time Warner charged me for the equiptment I dropped off for 5 billing cycles before I finally got it taken care of ($600) fucking retards
