Dear G&J

As I sit here in the cold, I ponder, what is up with G&J. Not sure if your guys are busy taking care of their fantasy NBA squads or watching tv (like I am) but please, wake up and smell the coffee (its brewing right now, I can smell it already, Im actually about to go and get an omelet sandwich from the Shell station to go along with it).

CFL is not over, yet its not on our screens, I know it sucks but hey, the odd customer likes to bet it, please put it back on so we dont have to have every book out there open on our Mozilla to check the line.

I do appreciate it, the hunt now begins to find sugar to go along with the coffee.

This service just does not get it, they think throwing up a product and letting it run on auto pilot is going to do it.

It does not work that way

G-J is a 2 man operation and that is why you see so many tech breakdowns

No one around lots of times

:sad3:You know , i really think they had good intentions when they started. They are both great guys , but you have got to have a support staff. I know you can't work 24 hiours a day, but someone has to be there when you are not, at least some of the time. I started out with them in there infancy and from time to time would have a problem, but never could get anyone to email back or answer a voice mail. I would call back numerous times and finally get someone to help me, but time is money and i won't have either one if i can't function.

Have you tried RXOdds. We have got great feedback and are adding features and books all the time. We just added Key Move alerts, which will give you a popup whenever there is a move starting on a game.
