you dont play at books that charge you a fee to collect your own money period. seriously, how much sense does that make? thats not our problem what they pay and what not fpr trandsaction as we are the customer. go play local if so as they charge nada. plus a few books here and there charge zero per time frame so you should be good. haapy tday.
