I hit two middles yesterday, and was up more than 8k. I got greedy and decided to press it today. I bet to win 2k on SE Missouri ML vs. Coppin St. at -240 and bet 3k on the Under 59.5 for the Ark/LSU game.
SE Missouri was up 9 at the half, far from a guarantee, but missed a crucial free throw at the end of regulation to allow Coppin St. to hit a shot and force OT. In OT, with about 2 minutes to go, they were up 8 against Coppin. Again, they miss some free throws and allow Coppin to hit a game tying 3 to force double OT. And, of course, they end up losing.
LSU game, the score was 7-6 at halftime and the over comes through.
What's even worse is the fact that I paid TheGreek $400 to deposit the money and I placed the -240 bet there.
Oh well, I'm taking a break.

Last Sunday was my best day ever in terms of effort (a lot of great bets), but my worst financially. Shit happens.

You know with what we do that is a moral victory.

Really turned it up a notch on November 14th, feeling like I am making just solid bets nightly. Everything seems to be going perfect EXCEPT for the fact I am down a little for that time peorid. I have NEVER worked so hard to be losing in my life. You just keep plugging away.

I agree, with effort rewards will follow. Today is my new best in terms of quality of bets, although not the quantity of other days this week (today is only half over though). God bless hoops.
