since its a post up contest (free contest I would not care) but this is a winner take all post up

I did see this Journeyman rule posted in the rules ..... I nicely asked this AM for SS and Wil to give a ruling. either way its his or RX call... nothing against you, you are one of my favorite forum posters. and honest that was clever.

you posted plays, I posted mine just after you both right before midnight, we were both on time in the last 1-2 minutes. We had one game the same (Stanford) out of 6. No other games the same, you would have had a shot Saturday.

but then you did get clever clever clever. Just after you saw my posted picks and within the edit time you have on Rx posts you changed 4 games to opposite mine (did you finish that by 11:59? or was it 12:00? 12:00 would be too late.) but the clever part is your edits on a post do not change your post time stamp so it looks like you posted first! clever...

also what you did gave you a much better shot at winning than before although both situations give you a shot at winning!

hey if SS or wil rules in your favor so be it that was clever to change picks and know your time stamp would not work

yes you are a good underdog still but I did ask SS and Wil to rule on that rule...

do you even recall what your first set of plays were? I only for sure recall one. I did not screen shot it or write them down, I know we both had standford to crush Noter Dame, the same only .. and no other game was same or different...

blue I dont think we can agree to split.. here is why...

problem is these two guys still have a shot and you changing your picks based on mine have basically frozen them out of any chance in a fair contest... and then on top of that if we agree to split (ie next week we can basically fix our plays jointly so that either of us wins no matter what)

these guys behind us get the total shaft. granted they have a 1% or less chance anyway as of today but they did post picks and have not given up (STUMP also!) but with yoru old picks in we both could have taken an 0-6! now we cant both be that bad...your play here has effects on them in a fair contest. I mean you can make up $1260 in one week by math here !!! So I think Ss or Wil will have to decide on it.. you might be DQed if you dont know the old picks, unless in the Rx data base they remain for some reason...

we cant fix plays like last night, and maybe next weekend to assure a split.

WHY ONE EARTH would TRY want to split anyway??

I mean he is in the lead! All he needs is to go 4-2 today and the contest is OVER! If he goes 3-3. then he is still in great shape. He would be OUT OF HIS MIND to split it with your ass

if blue picks stand (revised picks ) he actually has some shot at taking the lead this week as he gets a double pop value due to how he set it up after revising his post. A game I happen to lose he wins... it was a clever move on his part. he should have just waited for my picks they typed like a SOB to get my anti picks, that way he has no revisions and that is the way it goes...There was an EMAIL to a mod option the last 2 weeks for all to use if they wanted to in the rules also....

a 85-15 split is decent, its a huge win for me, and a little safety net...
75-25 is a no way. My problem is I think what Blue did was actually unintenally cheat the guys below us from a miracle comback, Id say who cares except they were still posting plays not quitting...

actually if blue is DQed out for his longshot try at edit of his post then you guys have a bit better shot as youwould only have to pass one contest leader and not two. so an 0-6 or a 1-5 day by me is huge for you if you go 5-1 back or something.. but dont campaign for blue to be dqed.. the mods will figure out the right thing..whatever they come up with lets all respect and keep playing at those great books that sponsor these contests... That is key!
