Phil is a great coach, just doesnt have much to work with in LA. The triangle offense is one of the hardest offenses to perfect. If he had the right pieces he would continue to win championships.

i think a lot of coaches would win championships with kobe/shaq or jordan.

yep, he has had his share of top players in the league fo sho....still, hard to call a guy overrated when you got as many rings as he does.
