the whole "blueprint" thing was ridiculous....one person said it, then a million copycats said it.
there is no blueprint...im gonna tell you whats going on...
THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL ATHELETES and believe it or not the talent discrepency is not as big as it seems (or has seemed for the 1st 10weeks of the year) so these teams philly/balt have heard all week how they cant compete and they come out super fired up....the pats are taking these teams BEST shots every week now and they will get pitts next week...its not easy to continue to take the opposing teams Agame every 7days....
And the excuses begin. There may not be a "blueprint" but there certainly is a "game plan". So teams only get fired up to play NE? You don't think Indy being defending champs gets everyones best shot? The fact is that you can run on NE as well as pass on them. Their defense has had the benefit of the offense giving them large leads to hide behind. NE may still win this game by 20 but without a big lead they ain't so hot.
By the way, Brady is scared to get hit.
NE is beating themselves by trying that clown offense. They have believed their greatness and think that they do not need a running game. This isn't Texas Tech or Hawaii versus whatsamatta U. Until they reestablish running the ball, they will be a sideshow and not worthy of anything.
followed by another great post. new england is trying to rack up yards and TDs for brady but they arent establishing any sort of run. you can get away with it against most teams. but not at the pro level all season. good post doberman.
Part of it is bitterness as a Maroney fantasy owner. Part of it is recognizing the Pats cockiness. You see where they start going when it gets crunch time, but they've completely ignored the running game.
Granted, the best thing to happen to them would be a loss as they would regain their focus and stop worrying about records and greatness.
