Just guessing I would say the above statement is fairly accurate but some of the other information is pure fiction, stuff like ages of children in household, Head of houshold education, ethnicnicity , household income and age are all guesswork. This kind of information is unknown to TheRx.com so it is probably some sort of trend numbers that these kinds of sites use. I do know that the forum closest to us in popularity (or as this site says affinity) is Madjacks, so that is somewhat accurate.
All in all a questimate by their appraisers based on the type of forum The Rx.com is and not to be taken very seriously as being accurate.
