Anyone actually still scalping for a reasonable profit in the US or Canada.

If I ever lose my job I am out of here (the US) and I would scalp and bet for a living in another country. I came into the whole scalping thing a little late and didnt have near the bankroll to do this but currently dont mess with for obvious reasons in this current climate.

If you can make $10 a scalp on average a nite and make 30 bets a nite you would be doing very well ($9k a month profit). It is a no brainer when you throw in reload bonuses also.

Not sure where I could/would go but probably Canada. Easiest money in the world if you had the bankroll.

there is a reason scalps are plentiful, nothings for free.
Personally i dont even consider anything less than $0.1. that seems to be the common threshold now.

dying days, you need to be an iceman type machine to grind enough profit to be worth it.

Bonuses suck, scalps suck,WV sucks,...what is this world coming to?

Costa rica makes it easy to get licenses, but most books wont let you play.

I've heard Panama will give you a license which then gives you a neteller account...

I suspect you can get stripper/whores in most countries to open neteller accounts for you for minimal dollars.. As long as you attach YOUR bank account in that country and neteller uses EFTs there, it is unlikely they can steal your money (Especially if you dont keep it at neteller and dont give them the books user/passwords...)
