With CBB I've heard that books can't spend too much times on figuring out the lines cause theres so many games. So they rely heavily on power ratings and home court.

Exactly. You can find a lot of lines that don't make sense. Have to look hard and deep sometimes, but they are out there. You can win in the long run by doing this.
Its not easy, there is some excellent handicapers in cyberspace making it look easy right now and steam is holding up also. Harder for a linesmaker to put out good numbers for 340 D1 teams. Its much easier to make the home team 3 in the NFL.
