Requested a Fed Ex payment on a Friday in early November and it arrived on Monday, so only three days including the weekend, which is excellent speed.
Requested another Fed Ex payment eight days ago and it has not come yet. It was taken out of my account the same day as the request, and they insist it was sent that day. Almost certainly it was not, since 1) I haven’t gotten it yet, and there’s no way Fed Ex itself takes over a week to deliver a package once it’s in their hands, and 2) They are unable to provide me a tracking number, which they would have if in fact they had already sent the package.
So all I know for now is there’s some kind of delay and they’re willing to lie about it. I just have to hope it’s a fairly short delay, and that it’s not indicative of some more significant issues with this book.

Try to remember that cashiers checks at BetOnLine.com can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. Ten business days is actually two full weeks if there are no holidays involved.
The fact that your account was debited immediately is actually common practice at most books and when you hear that a withdrawal has been sent from a CSD clerk that means it has been sent to and is being processed by the bank that is cutting the check. The bank is where Fed-Ex gets the check from, not the actual book itself.
Books do not write their own checks and mail them. Most likely you will receive your check very soon but if you do not I will be glad to contact BetOnline in your behalf. Sometime checks catch a mailing cycle faster than others. I highly doubt anyone delibrately lied to you.

Agreed. I think it’s far more likely to be a processing issue, where they’re changing processors or the processor is changing banks or whatever, than that the book itself is unable or unwilling to pay. I in fact brought that up with the clerk (or "account manager" or whatever title they use for their clerks), but he just kept insisting that, no, the money has already been sent. So either he doesn’t understand the process or, more likely, they’ve just found it better for whatever reason to try to placate customers by pretending the package has already been shipped even when it hasn’t.
My guess is there’s at least a 90% chance the check will arrive in the next week or so. If not, I’ll take you up on your offer to look into it for me. Thanks.

I’ll drop you an e-mail with my particulars today Wilhelm, because this is getting worse. Today I called and they admitted they stopped sending checks as of November 27. (Presumably processor issues, though they didn’t say that clearly.) They say they hope to resume payouts late this week or next week.
Excellent news but not a surprise. I am in close contact with BetOnline.com and this minor hiccup was unavoidable and has been resolved. Withdrawals by check are back on schedule but still can take anywhere from the posted on their website 2 to 10 business days.

People need to understand that sometimes things will get Delayed in some form or another....But Betonline is a Very Strong Book ! Up-Standing Book.
The thing is that there was a Change Over a few months ago and some of the Kinks need to be worked out.
