I wouldn't be so quick to assume Garcia is starting today, regardless of what ESPN may have said. Garcia practiced on a very limited basis Wednesday and Thursday, and did not participate Friday in a walk through session. Although the report on a hairline fracture in his back has been denied, I believe it has legs. He may be active today, but I have a feeling it's Luke McCown today. But I've been wrong before, lol.

HOUSTON (AP) -Tampa Bay quarterback Jeff Garcia was inactive at Houston on Sunday with a bruised back, and Texans quarterback Matt Schaub was also inactive after dislocating his left shoulder last week.
It is the second straight game Garcia has been inactive after being injured early in Tampa Bay's game against Washington Nov. 25. Luke McCown was scheduled to start in his place and Garcia will be the emergency third quarterback.
Sage Rosenfels was set to start for Schaub.
