What the fuck is this? The lines are changing AFTER they close according to RXOdds. Take a look at this screen shot I took a few minutes ago, as you can see it says the closing line for the Dallas/New York game was 198.5. You can tell this screen shot was taken AFTER 6:00 pm, a full half hour after the start of the game because of the fact that the Miami/Phoenix game has already closed (which started at 6:05 pm):
