before the season, it would have been tough to imagine slaton not going in the top 5.

now, seeing him coming off the board at #9 seems extremely high.

im not sure if the kid is a top 15 pick any more. will probably go in the late 1st round unless he has a monster bowl game. he looked very average down the stretch this season and was fumble prone whenever he got hit in a big game.

not quite sure how malcolm kelly and early doucet go off the board before mario manningham as well.

the top 5 look pretty much set in stone. maybe jake long sneaks in there.

but theres a big drop in talent after the top 5-6.

Calais Campbell at 16 is a steal for my Skins...

Absolutely, this draft looks like wild guesses....Cason is good but top 10? Slaton the 2nd best RB? I've seen many others where Laurinaitis is in the bottom 10

The Pats will either trade down for multiple 1's or take Laurinaitis to start the turnover of the very old LB crop.

I don't know how you have 49ers in back of Rams but Rams are 1-4 in division. 49ers are 3-3. 49ers would be below Rams.

I didn't make the mock draft... found it on Yahoo! Sports.

I'm pretty sure everyone here didn't think you actually posted all the nice red fonts and teams logos. Yahoo makes sense, since it is Whormoan's primary source of information.

If 2 teams have the same record the 1st tiebreaker is strength of schedule. The 2nd tiebraker is divisional and conference records. And if all else fails the 3rd tiebreaker is a coin flip. I'm pretty sure this applies even if the 2 teams are in the same division.

San Fran's opponents have a combined record of 79-90 .467%

STL's opponents have a combined record of 81-88 .479%

So SF would pick before STL.

Miami better trade the pick or take McFadden. Miami needs a cant miss player and Dorsey is not it.

Umm that would be a horrible choice. They spent a top 5 pick on Ronnie Brown just a draft or two ago. They need help along the lines and Dorsey is about as can't miss as a defensive player gets. That's my opinion anyway.

You need two backs in the NFL and Ronnie Brown really hasnt proven much yet.

Miami needs help at every single position. Miami cannot F up one more draft. They need to either trade the pick or get the best person available. McFadden is the best person available.
Dorsey has been invisible in some big games this year. Plus the injuries. The key to beating LSU is running right at Dorsey and the interior line. Ohio State will do that. I think Dorsey is highly overrated. Yeah he dances and has a big mouth but I dont think he is that great.

I just dont think if you select someone and dont trade the pick that you can let a player the caliber of McFadden go.

You need 2 backs but you don't need 2 top 5 picks spent on backs. That's a good way to have a crappy team with talented RBs. I don't mind spending a 3rd or 4th rounder on an undersized speedster out of a small school or something but teams don't need 2 top RBs by any means.

They have holes at about every position but RB. RB is the one spot they are good at. Dorsey is the best defensive player available and Miami's D isn't getting any younger. He's the obvious choice for them IMO, unless they can get a top 5 draft pick for Ronnie Brown which isn't happening.
