Anyone from North Carolina?

Just found out I'll be traveling to GREENVILLE, NC about once a month for the next 6-7 months for work.

I've heard it's small and not too exciting. Does anyone know much about the areas? Anything fun to do?

I almost wouldn't mind doing some gambling at night if anyone knows of a casino/poker room?

Home of the ECU Pirates, voted top 10 party schools for the last two decades running. Plenty to do around the campus unless your'e an old fart.

Know of a few "house" games, strangers however are not welcome.....You would be well advised to tread lightly in seeking these out as a couple of cash games have been busted in the last 3 or 4 months, you wouldn't want to be mistaken for an "unfriendly"

Just get close to campus (ECU) to find some fun.

ECU is the only thing happening in that part of the state.

OT: for the area of the state. My grandmother lives in the Raleigh Durham area and it is a blast every time I go there. I tell myself if I would have gone to a 4 year university it would have been fun to go to UNC or Duke..

iam from a small town in north carolina.there is not much to do where you are going.it is preaty area but thats it ,its a little out of the way.,but ashville has the biltmore house and its one of the best looking places on earth.
