God damn, I am sick of hearing about the Al Horford foul last night on TJ Ford being a dirty play. It was NOT a dirty play at all. Horford was going for the ball and Ford got a good step on Horford and was a little farther away after he switched to the left side than Horford expected so he attempted to get the ball or at least foul him once he realized he couldnt get ball just to at least make him hit some free throws instead of making a layup. He didnt close line Ford or try and whip him down to the floor. He simply got beat to the hole and missed ball got some face. If you have played bball enough you will know fouls like that happen here and there. Especially with the size difference between those 2, Ford is very small and any momentum from Horford on a foul is going to take Ford down to the floor pretty hard. I hope TJ Ford is ok, I like him a lot and he is a stud when healthy

Didn't see it, but based on the fact that it was Horford that was involved, I would doubt it was a dirty play.

Also I think it was kind of dirty even if he was a class act after the fact. He wasn't within five feet of the ball and NBA players have great body control. He slapped down on his head. I don't know I thought it was kind of dirty when I saw it. If they can change hands and reverse directions in mid-air, they can realize that they are not within ten feet of the ball and let the play go.

It wasn't Dirty...Just a sloppy rookie play and a guy got hurt...You could tell he didn't have the intention of hurting TJ.

Horfords a good kid...just made a sloppy play and TJ got hurt.

Hardly anybody on Toronto sports stations were calling it dirty, and none of the Raptor players said it was dirty.

Who was calling it dirty?

All over the place I have been hearing it. Last night at the bar when we all saw it up on the tv when espn showed it everyone was saying it was dirty and I was like the only one who said it wasnt, then this morning in my car listening to sports talk radio fans calling in saying it was a bullshit dirty foul.

definitely not dirty, didn't even look that HARD to me. But obviously TJ felt otherwise, hope he's alright.

Read some article where some Raptors claimed it was intentional...personally didn't think Al deserved to be ejected, but the really only important thing here is that TJ gets alright.

fyi - TJ Ford is fine, actually cleared to play tonight (99% sure he won't suit up tonight though).

That was a dirty hit, in fact Horford showing up to the hospital is showing it was a classless act.
Why would you feel bad about something if it was an honest accident?
What the hell happened to common sense around here

just because it was accidental doesn't mean the guy can't feel bad ford was hurt.
