Anyone want to put an RX team together for the Bowl contest?

I am buying a team later this week, but we need an RX team together. Maybe 2 or 3 of us can go in and get a team.


The buiyin is only $500 this year. It was a $1000 last year and I had a team with one other guy and it was a great contest.



I am suprised that therx doesnt have a post-up contest like this one. In addition to the pool, they are adding an additional $2000 to the prize pool with no rollover.

By the way, I did make a mistake above. There is a $5000 overlay in this contest!!! WSEX is giving $2000 to 2nd and 3rd place and solidpay is giving $3000 to winner in ADDITION to all money in the pool.

Well of course TTP doesnt have money to play in the contest, but maybe others want to play. I am paying for my personal entry on Friday, but i wouldnt mind 2 dogs in the race.




Rules:

Official Rules
1. Each player picks 15 games. Five 3*'s, Five 2*'s and 5, 1*'s. The person with the most Stars will be the winner. If there is a tie, first tie breaker will be highest record in 3* games, second tie breaker will be highest record in 2* games. If still tied, all winnings will be split evenly.

2. Lines will be posted in an official line thread and those will be the Lines used for this Contest, they will not change.

*Any Games that have a solid number, and land on the number, will be graded as a winning of half of your bet.*

Example:

If USC wins by exactly 3, and they were a 3* play, People that took USC or Oklahoma would both get 1.5 points.

3. Prize distribution is as follows 1st 50% 2nd 30% 3rd 20%

4. Only Entries received by December 19th 2007 10 o clock pm eastern, with money paid, will be allowed to play.

5. Picks deadline is December 20th 2007 before 7:30 pm eastern 90 minutes before kickoff..

Please give them your MW username because they will then email me that you have deposited.

Step two:

Well one poster was interested, if we get one more, then we can split 33%. Going to be a big pool even without the $5000 overlay

MY entry is paid for, but I wanted to have 2 dogs in the race. Come on guys, 1 other poster is interested. All we need is 1 more poster, it would be $167 each and we would each own a 33% share.

We each will decide on the 15 games to take in the contest. Some of my 15 picks from my other entry may be the same, or maybe they wont.

I was going to buy 2 entries SS, but I wanted others input as to who to take. If I take 2 entries, then at least 12 of the 15 picks will be the same I am sure.


And last year, Team Majorwager won this shit! I wanted to have a TEAM RX in the contest. I am sure that the mods here will have a team, but nothing wrong with Team RX#2, or #3 etc

We think this is an excellent contest and have no problem with you mentioning it here. I will be in this contest myself. But please do not try to solicit cash deals or partnerships on our main board.

Pardon me, players. I earned my way in by cashing out my .0401k and going on a 10-1 handicapping clinic Logan's Run. I don't think *anyone* can do that. I am on fire in December, hitting just under 70%. I am both the darkhorse and the favourite. Darkhorse with the square stupid money. Favourite with the sharp smart money. If Wsexy puts up odds on this thing, bet it all - BET IT ALL - on Dell Dude (to win). And I am not a team player. That entry is all me, myself and mine.

You probably have a better shot than me. Last year, my team went 10-5 I think, but our losses were some of the 3 unit game. Of course my 3 unit games didnt lose!
