Please, can some explain to me why our wonderful prez keeps vetoing the
child health care bill. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. I just do not understand.

Could it be that the Democrats have created a budget busting bill that's all inclusive. Bush has already said that he'd sign a bill that focused on the neediest kids, but the Dems won't give him a percieved victory.

The Democrats want an issue, so they're creating one.

Oh, and we all want to remember that WIC provides for healthcare coverage for children under two.

Tough for me to buy the we can afford to Illegally invade Countries give no bid contracts to all our buddies but takeing care of some sick kids at home is gonna bust the budget.

Them damn kids shouldnt of got sick and if they do they should have been born rich like us.

No one is against aiding the truly needy. This bill is another subsidy for the middle class, who can and should get health insurance on their own. Don't we have enough middle class subsidies? Isn't the federal deficit high enough for you folks??

The deficit was under control when the fiscally minded Repubs got in an gave tax cuts and started wars.
Don't worry about the middle class they are disappearing.
