I have my guys use betevo.com and have never once had a problem, one time a guy said he put in something different than what they had and they had a taped phone call provinghe indeed put the game in and lost. There are no questions, you can use an 1-800# or the web. It is great!

that's the thing... i have a guy in OK that is giving me the run around, but still has my account open..
