My Ohio driver abstract lists the 2 charges over the past 3 years. One I can live with is a simple speeding ticket 2 years ago. The other I am trying to figure out if it can be removed with the help of a lawyer (I know the BMV will not clear it and it would have to be cleared by the courts if possible). It was closed a year ago.
1. Speeding - 2pts
2. Disregard of Safety - 4pts (also show ALS for refusal) - basically was charged with DUI, didn't do breathalizer, plead down to wreckless opp (which was a gift considering the county's reputation.)
I am in the process of looking a great sales jobs but this will limit me. I know I can get a job with a car allowance or no car but I would like to be able to apply for jobs with company car.
