I snuck into the playoffs by virtue of a Tie Breaker...so I've got to play the guy in first place.
His team is pretty stack, Owens, Moss and a few others. His QB is Big Ben who is questionable for this weekend. He doesn't have another back up on his roster.

I am tempted to drop 3 of my scrubs and pick up the top 3 qbs available on the free agent market, then maybe drop them and pick up the next three. Because of the waiver Rules he wouldn't be able to pick any of them up until after Sunday.

Douche bag move or Good Strategy?

I am wondering why he has not picked up a back up yet so close to Sunday?

IMO its a douche bag move...

Bad move. I would pick up the best one though and let him start Cleo Lemon against you.

Great move...there's no such thing as a douche move in fantasy sports.

Exactly

It's should not be compared to picking the same selections as your opponent at the end of a contest just to ensure your outcome or that they do not surpass you.

We have one guy in our Fantasy keeper league who had Manning, Carson Palmer, and McNabb I believe for 2 years and would not come off of any of them because of that same, similar strategy....

the guys in your league might not really like it, but in all honesty the guy should have picked up another QB already.

You're looking good in your league Master B.

I had Chestor Taylor on the roster as well as you do, but didn't start him in last weeks first playoff game because Peterson was back. Turned out to be the difference started KC's Kolby Smith in his place...... :(

thanks man. sorry to hear about your tough loss- shit like that sucks, but I would've done the same thing in your position. Hell, Taylor only received 8 carries!

I'm lucky I had a bye last week, or I would've started AD and most likely lost. rb's are the strength of my team (as shown by my decision to start Sage last night). As long as I get some solid statlines from Westbrook, Peterson and Barber I'll have a good chance to move on.

My wr2 position is a mess- having to choose between Chris Henry, Bryant Johnson, and Dewayne Bowe. Thankfully wr's in that league are worth about 40% as much as a starting rb.

Karma almost came back to bite me in the ass. Big Ben threw for three TD's and Tony Romo did nothing for me...

Luckily Moss and Owen got him nothing and New England's D got me 21 points....Won 80-69
