I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on the back-to-back timeouts against the Bills. But going for 2 with a 19 point lead and almost a half of football left convinces me the guy is not all there anymore. Earth to Joe... with a 20 point lead they can only tie you with two TDs and a FG.

The skins had a 19 point lead. Going for 2 would have given them a 21 point lead.

The call made perfect sense.

There is not a damm bit of difference in a 19 point game or a 20 point game.

Now 21 is a much different story.

I though Gibbs going for it was weird, at best. But I can't believe that the Giants didn't go for it to try to put it on 11. I can't think of one reason why they shouldn't have went for it.
