are there reputable sites out there where i can pick up the blackberry curve (or any phone for that matter) at something better than t-mobile invoice pricing? the tmobile service in western new york is dogshit and i dont want to extend my contract just to get a cheaper price by going through them and their upgrade program. customer service with tmobile is second to none. but the 1-bar, 0-bar, 3-bar nonsense is getting old quick. looking for a PDA phone that would work with my tmobile SIM card. but dont want to roll into another contract to get it.

it's going to be tough. ebay and craigslist are your best bets, esp. if you don't mind getting one second hand for a price break

tough indeed, at least so far. i didnt expect to have so much trouble. seems even the secondary vendors are linked and want to sell the phone with a plan/contract.
