last night sbrlines had the wrong score going the entire night for the uga/ets game. the numbers were backwards and showed uga ahead and winning the game. i made a post over there at half wondering why it had not been changed or just taken of the board and not a soul replied. im sure there are plenty of people who follow them and as much as jj pushes the shitty free odds service, you would think they could do better.

i dont think john would do it but who knows, reporting the wrong score at half would definately mess up 2nd half betting and benefit books. i just feel bad for people who count on them for a line and scores. only game on the board and they cant get it fuking right?? at least therx free odds didnt even post a score on it at any time.. i would rather have no score than the wrong score.. oh well

Lines and score feeds are fed by external automated data feeds-and they are far from 100% correct all the time. Just look at espn, or the all time worst, yahoo.

I very, very highly doubt that there was anything intentional involved. It's just the nature of the beast when you are dealing with external data.

Such is life.

I always check with the league after yahoo - like MLB.com, NBA.com or NHL.com

they probably assumed Georgia would be winning, not many people would think ETS would win outright wire to wire like that.

in any event are there really people who only check a forum's scoreboard before making a bet? Anyone too lazy not to check a boxscore or the school's website or a local radio station or any other place would be destined to lose anyway

i agree, i always have 3 or 4 places to check scores, it just seemed like they would have seen a post about it and tried to fix it or take it off their board. just seemed odd they were the only ones who had it fukt up the entire game. they are usually good about fixing them when they notice an error. no biggie, was just curious
