Start out fairly easy:

Only one MLB player reached ALL of these milestones in his career :

* .300 lifetime batting average
* .400 lifetime on base average
* 3000 hits
* 1000 runs
* 1000 RBIs
* 300 HRs

Who is he?

Goodcall is correct.

Nolan Ryan gave up 10 grand slams in his long career.

Here is an interesting question but not real difficult:

Since 1966, the first year two Cy Young awards were given (one in each league) there was only one
World Series where the NL Cy Young winner and the NL MVP met the AL Cy Young winner and AL MVP
in the same World Series.
What year was the series and who were the teams and award winners..

Black bag next.

Sandy Koufax vs. Jim Palmer ???
<!-- / message -->

Nope, Koufax won all his Cy Youngs before the double awards started in 1966 so it would be impossible for him to be the answer.

Sorry, I didn't see your addition.

You guys got it - PBR has the players.

It happened in 1968, when Bob Gibson and Denny McLain, both MVPs and Cy Young winners, met in the WS as members of the Cardinals and Tigers.

Black Bagger...

The record for most losses by a relief pitcher in a single season belongs to who? This pitcher made zero starts that year.
